4. Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you stream or upload through AI Live Studio (“User Content”). However, by using our services, you grant AI Live Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
5. Prohibited Conduct
No Exploitation
Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models or platform architecture.
Legal Compliance
Streaming of illegal content, hate speech, or material that infringes upon the intellectual property of others is strictly prohibited.
6. Fees and Payments
Some aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon thirty (30) days’ notice. Your continued use of the service after a price change indicates your agreement to the new fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Live Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Live Studio is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
