Welcome to AI Live Pro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI-driven streaming platform and related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
1. 規約への同意
By creating an account, accessing, or using the AI Live Pro platform, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. サービスの説明
AI Live Pro provides high-performance, AI-driven production tools for live streaming. Our services include:
- リアルタイムAI映像強化および背景除去
- 自動シーン切り替えおよび配信オーケストレーション
- 各種サードパーティプラットフォームへのクラウドベースのマルチストリーミング
- 生成AIグラフィックスおよび視聴者インタラクション用オーバーレイ
3. ユーザーアカウント
本サービスの特定の機能にアクセスするには、アカウントを登録する必要があります。お客様は、アカウント認証情報の機密性を保持する責任、およびお客様のアカウント上で発生するすべての行為について責任を負います。アカウントの不正利用が発覚した場合は、直ちに当社にご連絡いただく必要があります。当社は、お客様が本規約に違反したと判断した場合、いつでもアカウントを無効化する権利を留保します。
4. コンテンツの所有権
You retain all ownership rights to the content you stream or upload through AI Live Pro (“User Content”). However, by using our services, you grant AI Live Pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
5. 禁止行為
不正利用の禁止
ユーザーは、当社のAIモデルまたはプラットフォームアーキテクチャのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、またはソースコードの抽出を試みてはなりません。
法令遵守
違法なコンテンツ、ヘイトスピーチ、または他者の知的財産権を侵害する素材の配信は厳しく禁止されています。
6. 料金およびお支払い
本サービスの一部の機能は、サブスクリプション形式で提供されます。お客様は、選択したプランに関連するすべての料金をお支払いいただくことに同意するものとします。法律で別途定められている場合を除き、すべてのお支払いは返金不可となります。当社は、30日前の事前通知をもって、価格を変更する権利を留保します。価格変更後もサービスの利用を継続された場合、お客様は新料金に同意したものとみなされます。
7. 責任の制限
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Live Pro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the services.
8. 準拠法
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Live Pro is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
